Whether you're an individual signing an important personal document or an attorney facilitating a client signing session — we provide professional, appointment-based notary services across the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area. We come to your office, or you come to ours.
Our notary service is designed for situations where you need more than just a stamp — you need a professional who can facilitate the signing calmly, correctly, and on your schedule.
You don't need to be a lawyer to need a notary. If you're signing something important — a will, a power of attorney, a real estate document, or a healthcare directive — we make the process straightforward and stress-free. We'll walk you through what's needed and make sure everything is properly witnessed and sealed.
We understand legal signing sessions. We come to your office, sit with your client, and facilitate the execution of documents in a single, organized session — so you're not managing logistics on top of practicing law. We work efficiently, document everything correctly, and operate within the compliance expectations of a legal environment.
Affidavits, powers of attorney, sworn statements — documents that need a verified witness for court or legal use
Corporate resolutions, loan documents, real estate forms — signing sessions for business owners and organizations
Wills, trusts, healthcare directives — important life documents that protect you and your family
Identity certifications, immigration declarations — documents that require verified authentication
From request to notarized document in just three steps.
Tell us what document you need notarized, your preferred date, and whether you'll come to us or need us to meet you at your office or a neutral location.
We confirm availability and book your appointment. Most appointments available within 24-48 hours.
Bring your ID and original unsigned document. We complete the notarization and provide the sealed document.
Our fee covers a dedicated, scheduled block of time — for you, your family member, your client, or your signing party — to go through the documents, ask any last questions, sign, and get everything properly notarized in one session. Minnesota law sets the notary fee at a maximum of $5.00, which is charged separately.
Extended appointment rate: If your session runs past 1.5 hours, additional time is billed at $20 per 30-minute block. We'll give you a heads-up in advance if your documents are likely to require extended time.
Payment is due prior to signing.
Have these items ready at the start of your appointment — in-office or off-site.
Government-issued Photo ID — Driver's license, passport, or state ID (must be current)
Original Unsigned Document — The document you need notarized (not a copy)
Any Required Witnesses — Some documents require one or more witnesses to be present
Contact Information — Phone number and preferred communication method
Notarization is not legal advice. As a notary, we verify identity and witness signatures—we do not provide legal counsel, interpret documents, or advise on their validity. If you need guidance on whether a document is correct or appropriate, please consult with an attorney.
Submit an appointment request and we'll confirm availability within one business day.
